Morning...

Begin the day in perfect peace, with an early walk on the beach, and/or a spirited yoga session in the beautiful Yoga Pavilion in the garden at Aashyana Lakhanpal. Following yoga, enjoy a delicious Indian or Continental brunch on the terrace, and appreciate the start of a beautiful day ahead! 

Afternoon...

Afternoons are free to lounge by the pool, enjoy a relaxing massage, venture into town, experience Indian culture, and take advantage of the complementary tours and evening market. Immerse yourself in the pulsating, colorful life within the walls of this ancient Portuguese city.

Evening...

Dinner at Aashyana Lakanpal. Linger for a last walk and enjoy a meditation at sunset before ending your day with a deep guided relaxation, Yoga Nidra or the yogic sleep, that will lead you into a smooth restorative night of sleep.
