The spectacular Mont Blanc Circuit Trek is one of the world’s classic hike. Three countries - FRANCE, ITALY and SWIZTERLAND, seven valleys, seventy-one glaciers, four hundred summits culminating at 4810m. Trekking around the Mont Blanc offers breathtaking diverse landscapes - inviting forests, lush alpine meadows, mineral barren land, gushing streams, plunging waterfalls, powerful glaciers, snow-capped peaks and wild life. As you hike from “refuge”/hut to hut, ascending mountains and passes, crossing valleys and borders, you will also discover the rich and diverse traditional mountain culture, architecture, food and way of life.
This 8-day trek is a condensed version of the full Mont Blanc circuit, guided by the professional English-speaking International Mountain Leader Julien Temple who will ensure that you are in safe hands, and who will bring the trail to life with stories and information. This is a supported trek so that you carry just your daypack and stay in accommodation where your main luggage meets you at the end of each day. 
Yoga will follow along the trails, including strengthening and stretching the body, breathing ‘work’, and meditation... 
Observe, witness, be present. This is your time to reconnect with beauty, nature and yourself.

A Glimpse of the day...

Morning...

Starts with a copious breakfast, followed by gentle (standing up) stretches that will guide you in taking your first steps onto the trails more smoothly. Breathing techniques and meditation along the way as well as philosophy and psychology of yoga - stress management. Feel your own presence.

Afternoon...

Lunch break in the middle of the mountains!! And more hiking! Continue discovering the Alps shapes and curves, and its wild life. Allow yourself to be smoothly guided by a savvy local guide, and reconnect with Mother Nature. Take each one of these hikes as a meditation...
 

Evening...

End the day with stretches. Relax and refresh before dinner, mingle, share your experience, listen to one more story of your savvy guide around the fire pit, and at bed time let yourself be guided into a guided deep relaxation that will lead you into a smooth restorative night of sleep.
